Allied Group Property Services Sdn Bhd. The founder’s multi-decade experience spans the construction of hotels, commercial buildings, condominiums and houses.

Mr. Teoh was the General Manager of the said company for their Penang branch since year 1990. Ms. Cheong was the contracts and project manager then. During that time, the founders navigated the 1997/98 Asian Financial Crisis and have risen to the challenges faced in delivering the properties promptly without compromising on quality.

Apart from the difficult industry conditions in the late 1990s, the founders secured many successful mandates and have developed more than 15,000 units of properties across Malaysia worth RM10.6 billion as at June-2017. As a result of their success, the company has grown from its base in fast-developing Penang, to the Klang Valley and other key corridors of economic activity in Malaysia.
